Only when mixed solution of water and organic solvent is used. The lifetime may be extended or
shortened depending on the type of delivered solvent and the delivery pressure. The use of a
solvent such as chloroform and THF as the mobile phase or the continuous delivery of pure water
with 80 % or higher concentrations at a high pressure may shorten the lifetime. Long time storage
of the instrument after the use of a buffer solution that dries and leaves crystals and insoluble
matter as the mobile phase may extremely shorten the lifetime of the rotor. Thoroughly rinse the
flow lines with distilled water or deionized water.

After inspection and maintenance, check any leakage during pumping.
When
the parts management tool （PARTS MGMT TOOL） is not used, input the
part number when replacing a part not registered in the PARTS MGMT TOOL.
