1) The analog value is a 16-bit integer value. The complete measured value is produced together with the
analog value coding (DI1.0 - DI1.4), which denes the unit and resolution of the analog value.

Identication data refers to data stored in a module that supports you in the following areas:
• When checking the system conguration
• When locating modied system hardware
• When troubleshooting a system.
Modules can be uniquely identied using the identication data.
