Response
This command is used to lock, unlock or interrogate a ME or a network facility <fac>. Password is
normally needed for such actions. When querying the status of a network service (<mode>=2) the
response line for ’not active’ case (<status>=0) should be returned only if service is not active for
any <class>. It should be possible to abort the command when network facilities are set or interro-
gated.

Parameter
<fac> "PS" PH-SIM (lock PHone to SIM card) (ME requests password when other than
current SIM card inserted; ME may remember certain number of previously
used cards thus not requiring password when they are inserted)
"SC" SIM (lock SIM cards) (SIM requests password at ME power-up and when
this lock command issued)
"FD" SIM fixed dialling memory feature (if PIN2 authentication has not been per-
formed during the current session, PIN2 is required as <passwd>)
"AO" BAOC (Bar All Outgoing Calls)
"OI" BOIC (Bar Outgoing International Calls)
"OX" BOIC-exHC (Bar Outgoing International Calls except to Home Country)
"AI" BAIC (Bar All Incoming Calls)
"IR" BIC-Roam (Bar Incoming Calls when Roaming outside the home country)
"AB" All Barring services (applicable only for <mode>=0)
"AG" All Outgoing barring services (applicable only for <mode>=0)
"AC" All inComing barring services (applicable only for <mode>=0)
"PN" Network Personalisation (refer GSM 02.22[33])
"PU" Network Subset Personalisation (refer GSM 02.22[33])
"PP" Service Provider Personalisation (refer GSM 02.22[33])
"PC" Corporate Personalisation (refer GSM 02.22[33])
