7 - 2 Battery circuit and power conversion unit
• Disconnect K62 on D7 (pos. 1 / Fig. 3).
• Remove the four screws of the power conversion unit (pos. 2 / Fig. 2).
• Pull out power conversion unit (Fig. 4).
• Remove the necessary cable ties and disconnect P14/ P24, P16/P42 and P11/P40 (see
Fig. 4).
• Remove power conversion unit.

Risk of physical injury.
• Check to ensure that there is no battery voltage (0V) between
contact bar P1 and P2 (pos. 1 and pos. 2 / Fig. 4).
• Check to ensure that the capacitor voltage between contact bar
P1 and P3 (pos. 1 and pos. 3 / Fig. 4) is < 2 V.
• Check to ensure that the capacitor voltage between contact bar
P1 and P4 (pos. 1 and pos. 4 / Fig. 4) is < 2 V.
