Select method
Great care is necessary when transferring analytical
methods! Since only one method can be stored in an
archive, it is necessary to know:
Whether the method in the archive is the current
method
Whether all stored runs match the method.
If you load a method from the archive, you must know
whether the method in the chromatograph has been
modified in the meantime.
Storing of methods
Once the control unit has copied the selected run data,
it asks whether it should also store a method. The
method list appears if you reply with . Select the
desired method using , and
confirm using .
Load method from archive
Once the control unit has loaded the selected run data,
it asks whether a method is also to be loaded from the
archive. The method list appears if you reply with
. Select the desired method using
, and confirm using
.
If you wish to create a new method, press , type in
the new name, and confirm using .
How can I update a method in the archive?
Select Store reports, but do not select any reports, then
press . After a short pause, the question
appears: Is the method to be stored as well?
Delete archive
Press the function key in the
screen Data management. Answer the next question
with . The selected archive is then deleted.
