Ex version:
replacement of quartz nozzle
The top and center parts should be removed in order to
check correct installation.
Unscrew column
Completely remove anti-rotation element (15a)
Unscrew the column connection from the bottom

the annular gap.
Screw the column connector (13) tight. Make sure
that the nozzle is no longer moved.
Screw in the anti-rotation element (15a)
Start up the detector and check the dark current,
basic current and sensitivity. If the dark current is
correct but the basic current is too high, the nozzle
has been inserted too high and glows.
Ex version: replacing the heater
