user to be modified must be
obtained with the "Info"
command.

delete <index> Deletes an SNMPv3 user. The
index of the user to be deleted
must be obtained with the "Info"
command.
Administrator only.
clearall Deletes all SNMPv3 users that
have been created.
Administrator only.
