8.3 Troubleshooting for COM150 / COM 190 communications module

All LEDs on the communications
module flash red.
The communications module has
detected faults and is not ready for
operation.
Reset the communications module to
the factory settings.
If the error message persists, replace
the communications module.
The communications module cannot
be addressed via Modbus TCP.
Access is restricted due to security
functions.
Check the security functions.
Write protection is active.
Set the slide switch on the
communications module to the
position (open padlock). For more
information, see Chapter Access
protection functions (Page 163).
