The 3WA1 air circuit breaker can be assigned the following device numbers according to
IEEE Standard C37.2 "Standard for Electrical Power System Device Function Numbers,
Acronyms, and Contact Designation
s (3rd October 2008)". The device numbers describe
features of the electronic trip units and characteristics of the circuit breaker including its
accessories.
Depending on the ETU300 and ETU600 electronic trip units, the available protection
functions can be assigned to the device numbers:
