Device is not working
• Check power supply
• Chec

Voltage values are not plausible
• If voltage transformers are available, check the settings and the connec‐
tion of the v
oltage transformers and correct if necessary
Current values are not plausible
• Check the settings and the wiring of the current transformer (if present)
and cor
rect if necessary
No communication
• Check the communication settings
(incorr
ect IP address, incorrect subnet, incorrect Modbus TCP port or
gateway?)
• Check 󹪝rewall, if present
(possibly preventing communication to the Modbus ports)
Power values are incorrect, although voltage
and curr
ent are correctly applied
• Check voltages and currents of the phases, if present
• Check the polarity of the current transformers
(for incorrect polarity)
Fault indication in the display menu:
"VOID"

The device is defective and cannot be repaired.
If the device fault cannot be remedied by the measures given above, the device is probably
defectiv
