6.3 Expansion cards
6.3.1 Usable expansion cards
Expansion cards compliant with the following standards are supported:
• PCIe; Gen. 1, Gen. 2, Gen. 3, Gen. 4 (see also "Technical specifications of the motherboard
(Page 89)")
Conditions of use of expansion cards
• The expansion cards must not exceed the specified dimensions. If the height is exceeded,
you may experience contact problems, malfunctions and difficulties with the assembly.
You can find the permitted dimensions for expansion cards under "Dimension drawing of
the expansion cards (Page 100)".
