Mains buffering
The PS 307 load power supplies from the S7-300 system provide mains buffering
for 20 ms.

Mains cables
Use flexible cables with a cross section of 0.25 to 2.5 mm
2
(or AWG 18 to
AWG 14) to connect the power supply.
If you only use one cable per connection, a connector sleeve is not required.
You can use connector sleeves without an insulating collar in accordance with
DIN 46228, Form A long version.
Power connector
Use the power connector to connect the PS 307 power supply module to the
C230-2. The power connector is supplied with the power supply module.
Other 24 V connections
Above the power connector, 24 V connections for the supply of the I/O modules
are available on the PS 307 power supply.
