The standard parameter r0979[0...30] describes the assignment from the telegram
configuration view.
Index 1 describes the encoder type. Subindex 1 provides further properties of the encoder:

Central control and status words
Description
The central process data exists for different telegrams. For example, telegram 390 is used
for transferring digital inputs and digital outputs.
The following central process data is available:

● A_DIGITAL digital outputs
Transmit signals:
● CU_ZSW1 Control Unit status word
● E_DIGITAL digital inputs
● E_DIGITAL_1 digital inputs
