In order to increase the service life of the buffer modules equipped with double-layer
capacitors, these can be operated in the LONGLIFE mode with reduced buffer capacity.
When the buffer module is completely charged (LED "O.K." lights green) power failures of
3 s up to a maximum of 8 s can be buffered with a load current of 40 A. The LONGLIFE
mode can only be selected via the configuration (STEP 7, OPC UA server, web server).
