Enter content
In scale mode, press the corresponding organization key to enter the contents for the organization
memories. Use the keypad to enter alphanumeric data for the content.
(max 35 characters). Confirm with the F6 Save key.
The name and contents are now added to the weighing results as identifiers.
The contents of the organization memory remain intact until they are overwritten or deleted.
Printout
In conjunction with entering the values with the F6 key, the keys "A Org", "B Org", "C Org“ and "D
Org" cause a printout if a print format has been stored. Only organization data that have an entry
are printed.
Displaying the contents
Press the corresponding ORG key.
Deleting the contents
Press the corresponding ORG key, then press the CL key, and then press the F6 Save key.
Database for organization data
The database application for organization data is only possible with an optional Soehnle
Professional Micro-SD card. Frequently retrieved contents can be stored as fixed values in a
database and can be retrieved as needed This eliminates repeated manual entry of product names,
operators, etc.
Example: "Part" was already entered as the name for the organization data memory A.
Now enter parts to be recorded, such as "screws", "nuts", washers", "pins", etc. in Fixed Values
Organization Data A
"Operator" was already entered as the name for the organization data memory B.
Now enter various operators, such as "Smith", "Jones", Anderson", "Johnson", etc. in Fixed Values
Organization Data B.
The fixed values can now be easily enabled from the database at any time.
Retrieve database to enter and edit fixed values
Direct access by pressing the Info key and the corresponding ORG key.
Or by retrieving setup mode with F6 key in the Setup Functions key level.
Highlight Terminal with F4 Arrow key, F6 Next.
Highlight Organization Data with F4 Arrow key, F6 Next.
Highlight Fixed Values Organization Data with F4 Arrow key, F6 Next.
You can enter customized fixed values for each of the four organization data memories.
There are 999 memory locations available for fixed values (Soehnle Professional Micro-SD card
(high quality SLC memory card) required).
Each of the Organization Data memory locations has:
> a three character sequential memory location number
> a user-programmable number (alphanumeric, 18 characters)
> Entry 1 (alphanumeric, 35 characters)
> Entry 2 (alphanumeric, 35 characters)
> Entry 3 (alphanumeric, 35 characters)
> Entry 4 (alphanumeric, 35 characters)
> Entry 5 (alphanumeric, 35 characters)
> Entry 6 (alphanumeric, 35 characters)
