Deleting an existing fixed value
Page with F3 and F4 Arrow keys
Delete the highlighted fixed value with F2 Delete.
The resulting gap in the sequential numbering will be closed.
Press F1 New.
The memory location number is assigned by the terminal. The first number in parenthesis indicates
the free memory locations, the second number the assigned memory locations.

Database maintenance with optional Soehnle Professional application software 3035
The PC application software 3035 addresses the need for single or multiple applications to maintain
the names and contents of the organization database.
The application software is connected via the RS-232, USB, or Ethernet IT interface using the
relevant PC interface cable. The Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software is required in addition to the
Windows-based application software.
Open database for using fixed values
Retrieve the desired organization data memory with the ORGA - ORGD keys.
Press the F1 Database key. Select from the list:
Page with the Arrow keys, then retrieve the desired fixed value with F6 Enter.
Direct retrieval with memory location or part number.
Use the character keypad to enter the memory location or part number to retrieve the
corresponding fixed value.
The determination of whether data is retrieved by memory location or part number is made in
Setup Mode under Terminal / Organization Data / Fixed Value Retrieval
Display the contents for the complete multi-line database entry
Retrieve the desired organization data memory with the ORGA - ORGD keys.
The full contents of the currently enabled memory can be displayed with the F2 Info Lines key.
