Using the Unit in a Multi Camera Environment with an MSU/Camera Remote Control
Software
You can connect multiple cameras using an MSU or camera remote control software.
Note
Refer to “List of Supported Functions” and configure the unit so that it meets the operating conditions for the functions you want to use,
then enable the connection with an MSU or camera remote control software using the following procedure.

Turn each device on.

Configure system network settings using the MSU or camera remote control software.
For details about configuration, refer to the operating instructions of the MSU or camera remote control software.

Configure the following settings using [Technical] – [RCP/MSU] in the web menu of the camera.

If using an MSU, set [CNS Mode] to [MCS]. If using camera remote control software, set [CNS Mode] to [PC
Control].

Set the IP address of the master MSU or camera remote control software in [Master IP Address].
2.
Set the camera number for which the camera will be registered in [Camera No.].
