Stihl TS 440 - 10.3.1 Removing the front belt pulley

N Block belt pulley (35) with locking pin (arrow)
4130 893 7800.
N Unscrew the nut (33) (left-hand thread).
N Remove washer (34).
N Remove locking pin (arrow) 4130 893 7800.
N Pull off the belt pulley (35).
10.3.2 Installing the front belt pulley
N Push on the belt pulley (35).
N Block belt pulley (35) with locking pin (arrow)
4130 893 7800.
N Slide on the washer (34).
N Screw on and tighten 40 Nm / 354 lbf. in.) nut (33) for
pre-tensioning (left-hand thread).
N Unscrew the nut (33) (left-hand thread).
N Wet the thread of the shaft with Loctite 270 thread-
locking adhesive (thread-locking adhesive, high
strength) - 0786 111 2109.
N Screw on and tighten 40 Nm / 354 lbf. in.) nut (33) for
pre-tensioning. (Left-hand thread)
N Remove locking pin (arrow) 4130 893 7800.
