Step 6 Identify the faulty fuse,use a socket wrench to unscrew the fastening bolt of the fuse to be
replaced,and remove the faulty fuse.
Step 7 Secure the new fuse with M10×30 bolts with a tightening torque of 34 - 40 N.m.

11.4.2 Replacing Fuse Outside Power Distribution Cabinet
The fuse is located at the bottom of the inverter that near the transformer, and the location is
highlighted in the figure.
Step 1 Ensure that the inverter is in a shutdown state.
Step 2 Disconnect the MV switch on the AC side of the inverter.
Step 3 Use a multimeter with a range of 1500 Vdc to measure the AC side voltage of the inverter.
Check and ensure that the voltage is 0.
Step 4 Remove the four M6 screws on the baffle at the air outlet at the bottom of the inverter that is
near the transformer, and remove the baffle.
Step 5 Unscrew the eight M6 screws on the fuse holder, remove the cover, remove the old fuse, and
install the new fuse. (Please see "7.2.3 Installing Fuse in AC SPD" for how to install fuses.)
Step 6 Reinstall the cover of the fuse holder and the baffle.
