6.12 Active alerting
General information
With active alerting you are informed
of status messages (errors and warnings)
in your solar system by Email. If a status
message was active for longer than 15
minutes or occurred 5 times in one day,
then you will receive an Email at the next
full hour, which is sent to the Email ad
-
dress stored in the solar inverter.
The main unit sends the status messages
of all solar inverters if they are CAN-net
-
worked.
Requirements:
· Communication software at least
Version 2.0002
· A connection of the main unit via a
network or modem must be estab

lished.
· When dialling in via modem, the cor
-
rect dial-in settings must be stored (see
Internet dial-in via modem).
· Correct Email settings must be stored
in the Sunways Browser (see «Email
settings»)
