Warranty and liability
The „General Terms and Conditions of
Sale and Delivery“ of Sunways AG always
apply. Warranty and liability claims for
injuries and damage shall not be accept

following causes:

· Improper installation, commissioning,
operation and maintenance
· Operation of the solar inverter with
defective and/or non-operational
safety and protective equipment
· Failure to observe the information in
the user manual regarding installa

maintenance
· Unauthorised constructional
modifications
· Insufficient monitoring of wearing
parts
· Improperly conducted repairs
· Catastrophes resulting from the effects
of foreign bodies and acts of God.
