• Apply engine oil to both sides of the washers

• Install the cylinder head cover

• Lightly tighten the cylinder head cover bolts and then tighten
them to the specified torque.
" Cylinder head cover bolt
Initial: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7 lb-ft)
Final: 14 N·m (1.4 kgf-m, 10.0 lb-ft)
• Install the spark plug. (

STARTER MOTOR
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the O-ring.
• Install the starter motor

X 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
(or equivalent grease)
INTAKE PIPE
• Install the O-ring

to insulator

• Install the O-ring

to intake pipe

.
• Tighten the intake pipe bolts to the specified torque.
" Intake pipe bolt: 6 N·m (0.6 kgf-m, 4 lb-ft)
The removed washers must be replaced with new
ones to prevent oil leakage.
The removed O-ring must be replaced with new ones
to prevent oil leakage.
The removed o-rings must be replaced with new ones
to prevent air from sucking the joint.
