• Tighten the steering shaft holder bolts to the specified torque.
" Steering shaft holder bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf·m, 17.0 Ib-ft)
TIE ROD
• Tighten the tie-rod end nuts to the specified torque and install
the cotter pins.
" Tie rod end nut: 50 N·m (5.0 kgf-m, 36.0 lb-ft)
NOTE:
The lock-nuts 1 have left-hand threads.
HANDLEBARS
• Set the yellow mark on the handlebar lower holder to the for-
ward.
The removed cotter pins must be replaced with new
ones.
