• Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK SUPER “1303” to
the thread portion of the axle nut.
• Tighten the axle nut to the specified torque with the special
tool.
" Rear axle nut: 180 N·m (18.0 kgf·m, 130.0 Ib-ft)
H99000-32110: THRAD LOCK SUPER “1322”
(or equivalent thread lock)
\ 09940-92460: Rear axle nut wrench set
• Tighten the rear hub nut to the specified torque.
" Rear hub nut: 75 N·m (7.5 kgf·m, 54.0 Ib-ft)
• Install the cotter pin.
• After installing the rear brake and rear axle housing, adjust
the following items.
* Rear brake lever play ........................

The removed cotter pin must be replaced with a new
one.
