7. From the status area, select the [Manual] option if you wish to alter the staining protocol. E.g. for
bone marrow staining.
8. Press the start switch on the front of the main unit.
9. Once complete, close the sample tube holder by pressing the mode switch on the front of the
main unit.
10. The prepared smears, once complete will be stored in the magazine. The magazine is
automatically ejected to the storage location. Magazines can be manually ejected using the
‘Eject’ switch.
