Manual – Stain Only
To perform a stain only:
1. Make sure the SP-50 is in manual mode by pressing the mode switch to eject the sample tube
holder.
2. Check the instrument and magazine holder status LED’s are green.
3. Load the prepared slides into an empty storage magazine. Load the slides so that they face the
same direction with the frosted end of the slide facing towards the front.
