4.6 Cash Out/In of Drawer
4.6.1 Paid Out
Up to five Paid Out keys can be used to record cash taken out of the
drawer outside of a sale.
Procedure
1. Index {PAID~OUT~#}.
2. Screen prompts:
Enter amount
3. Index amount of the cash being taken out of the drawer and
press {TOTAL}.
4. Screen displays the amount entered and prompts
1 – Yes, 0 - No
5. Index {1} to confirm the amount.
6. Screen prompts for an alphanumeric description of the paid out.
7. Enter up to 20 characters and press {TOTAL}.
8. Receipt prints on the receipt printer.
