4.6.2 Paid In
The Paid In key is used to record cash put into the drawer outside of
a sale.
Procedure
1. Index {PAID~IN}.
2. Screen prompts:
Enter amount
3. Index amount of the cash being put into the drawer and press
{TOTAL}.
4. Screen displays the amount entered and prompts
1 – Yes, 0 - No
5. Index {1} to confirm the amount.
6. Screen prompts for an alphanumeric description of the paid in.
7. Enter up to 20 characters and press {TOTAL}.
8. Receipt prints on the receipt printer.
