Verify Trigger Delta Delay.
a.
Connect the leveled sine-wave generator's output via
a
50-n cable to the
CH
1 input connector. Set the A
SEC/DIV to 10
µS. Set the Horizontal POSITION to
midrange.
b.
Set the generator for a 50-kHz, 6-division display.
c.
Push
the
TRIGGER
SLOPE button to illuminate the
+
SLOPE
indicator.
d.
Push
the A/B MENU button to enter MENU mode.
e.
Turn
either~
control to underline COUNT.
f.
Push
the upper
TRIGGER
MODE button.
g.
If the instrument contains Option
09
(Word Recog-
nizer), turn the

REF
OR
DL Y
POS
control to underline
MODE.

Turn

word "SET" will appear while
making the adjustment.

VERIFY-There
are
two
intensified zones
on
the
displayed waveform.
w.
VERIFY-
That the intensified zone moves
on
the
falling edge of the waveform while adjusting the TRIGGER
LEVEL control.
x.
Push
the lower TRIGGER MODE button to select
TRIG AFT DLY.
y.
VERIFY-That
the intensified zone moves
on
the ris-
ing
edge of the waveform while adjusting the TRIGGER
LEVEL control.
z.
Disconnect the test equipment from the instrument.
