14 Performing the measurement

A qA mean value measurement can be carried out. For this purpose, the mean
value is determined continuously over a period of 30 seconds, with the
measuring cycle taking 1 second. The current mean values at the corresponding
time of recording are displayed.

A flue gas probe and a combustion air temperature probe or the Smart
Probe testo 915i must be connected.

Position the flue gas probe in the core flow (area of the highest flue gas
temperature). The display of the maximum measured flue gas
temperature in the core flow helps when positioning the flue gas probe.

Measurement can be started as soon as the O
