14.2.8 Differential pressure
For this type of measurement, the Averaging option is also available.
See Averaging section.
The differential pressure measurement can also be performed using the
Smart Probe testo 510i (0560 1510).
Up to 4 testo 510i Smart Probes can be connected.
WARNING
Dangerous mixture of gases!
Danger of explosion!
- Make sure there are no leaks between the sampling point and the
measuring instrument.
- Do not smoke or use naked flames during the measurement.
The gas pressure kit (0554 1203) must be connected. Alternatively, the
Smart Probe testo 510i (0560 1510) can be used.
For an instrument with no dilution option: The minus connection for
differential pressure measurement must be depressurized at the start of
the measurement (ambient pressure, instrument not connected to
system being checked), since the pressure sensor is zeroed.
