Query appears asking whether information should be saved.

Click [Yes].

The tour description is saved and can be added to a tour during tour
planning. The tour description is transferred to the Saveris cockpit unit
and can be selected there.
The Saveris cockpit unit can manage up to 100 tour descriptions.
7.3.2.2 Planning tours
This description only relates to tours that are planned for the future. The
software is used to create a tour for this. This process is recommended
if a Saveris cockpit unit is not used for tour entry.

In the navigation area, click on Tour management.

The Tour planning dialogue is displayed in the data area.

Select [Add tour description].

Enter the name of the new tour. The name appears in the tour calendar
and in the Saveris cockpit unit.
