Output Compare Mode
A compare output pin is initialized to the value listed in Table 9-1 when:
• a value is written to T1CNTL (all Timer 1 channels)
• 0x7 is written to T1CCTLn.CMP (channel n)

In other modes than up-down mode, clear output on compare, set on 0 (100) 1
