You can use Qual Browser to display the mass spectrum at various times in the chromatogram.
Y To examine the raw data
1. On the Thermo Xcalibur Roadmap, click the Qual Browser icon to open the Qual
Browser window.
2. Click on the chromatogram to display the mass spectrum at that retention time.
