These commands are used to set the maximum concentration for any of the
three custom ranges 1, 2, or 3 to range value, where value is a floating-point
number representing concentration in ppb, ppm, µg/m

. The
example below sets the custom 1 range to 5550 ppb.

range mode
This command reports the current range mode.
Send: range mode
Receive: range mode single
set range mode mode
This command sets the current range mode to single, dual, or auto. The
example below sets the range mode to single.
Send: set range mode single
Receive: set range mode single ok
gas mode
This command reports the current mode of sample, zero, or span. The
example below reports that the gas mode is sample.
Send: gas mode
Receive: gas mode sample
set sample

set span
These commands set the current gas mode to sample, zero, or span. The
example below sets the instrument to span mode, that is, the instrument is
sampling span gas.
