3.5.2.3 Filling from Magazine side 1
Position the machine in the fi lling position,
and press the Set machine position – key
Start bottom belt when fi lling – the time
before the bottom belt in the machine starts
to rotate on loading.
Bottom belt speed when fi lling

Bottom belt runs after photocell – the
bottom belt runs for this time after the
photocell receives a signal to carry the feed
into the chamber. Adjust the time so that a
round bale has a clearance of 10–30 cm
from the drum when the bottom belt stops.Fig. 61
Max fi lling time – fi lling stops if the machine has not been loaded within this time.
The Magazine empty alarm is then displayed in the alarm window

The Emergency lling key is used when a fault occurs during loading.
For example, when a round bale becomes stuck between the Magazine and the feed
dispensing machine.

In the emergency fi lling function, the feed dispensing machine attempts to go to the fi lling
position and simultaneously runs the bottom belt forwards. The function will stop automatically
when the feed covers the photocell, or when the same key is pressed again.

The conveyor belt reserves before fi lling to
emtying the machine and to avoid feed
between machine and Magazine.
Reversal site – indicates where the
machine reverses the conveyor belt.
Any – The belt reverses where the machine
ran out of feed.
Fixed – The belt is reversed at a desired
location.
Enter the disired position of the machine.
Reverse conveyor belt before feeding, after
lling – This function is not normally activated.

This function must be used when the drum has trouble starting after fi lling.When hard or frozen
bales are loaded and they are lying with pressure against the drum, the function should be
activated.
This function must never be used for short K2 (2.8 m). If it is, the bale will damage the bars.
The error message Drum error may appear after loading if this function is not used.
