Afoursectiongearpumpiscoupledtothepiston(traction)pump.Thethirdgear
pumpsectionsupplieshydraulicowtoboththeliftcontrolmanifoldandthe
steeringcontrolvalve.Hydraulicowfromthispumpsectionisdeliveredtothe
circuitsthroughaproportionalowdividerlocatedinthefancontrolmanifold.
Maximumlift/lowercircuitpressureislimitedto110bar(1600PSI)byarelief
valve(RV)intheliftcontrolmanifold.Liftcircuitpressurecanbemonitored
atliftcontrolmanifoldtestttingG1.
OntheGroundsmaster4500-D,asingleliftswitchontheconsolearmisusedto
raiseandlowertheve(5)cuttingdecks(Figure38).
Whenthecuttingdecksareinastationaryposition(notraisingorlowering),lift
circuitowfromthethirdgearpumpsectionbypassestheliftcylindersthrough
theliftcontrolmanifoldsolenoidvalveS5(de-energized)andproportionalrelief
valveTS.Returnowfromthemanifoldisroutedtotheoillterandtraction
chargecircuit.
Note:Theoperatormustbeintheoperatorseatinordertolowerthecutting
decks.
