Note:Ifthereartractioncircuitpressurereducingvalve(PR)pressureis
excessive,operationofthereartractionreliefvalve(RV)maybeaffected.Before
adjustingreartractionreliefvalve(RV),makesurethatpressurereducingvalve
(PR)pressureiscorrect.
1.Makesurehydraulicoilisatnormaloperatingtemperaturebyoperating
themachineforapproximatelyten(10)minutes.Makesurethehydraulic
reservoirisfull.
2.Parkmachineonalevelsurfacewiththecuttingdecksloweredandoff.Make
sureengineisoffandtheparkingbrakeisengaged.
Note:Thistestusesthesamepressuregaugepositionasusedtomeasure
tractioncircuitpressurereducingvalve(PR)pressure.
Note:The#6zeroleakplugontheinsideofreartractionmanifoldisazero
leakplugthathasataperedsealingsurfaceontheplughead.Lightlyrap
theplugheadusingapunchandhammerbeforeusinganallenwrench
toremovetheplug:theimpactwillallowplugremovalwithlesschanceof
damagetothesocketheadoftheplug.
