3.Forassemblypurposes,labelallthehydraulicconnections.Cleanthe
hydraulicconnectionsbeforelooseningthehydrauliclinesfromthereel
motor.
CAUTION
Beforeopeningthehydraulicsystem,operateallthehydraulic
controlstoreleasesystempressureandavoidinjuryfromthe
pressurizedhydraulicuid;refertoReleasingPressurefromthe
HydraulicSystem(page6–8).
4.Disconnectthehydraulichosesfromthettingsinthereelmotor.Allowthe
linestodrainintoasuitablecontainer.RemoveanddiscardtheO-rings
fromthettings.
5.Installcleancapsorplugsonthehydraulichosesandttingstoprevent
systemcontamination.
6.Removethereelmotorfromthecuttingunit;refertoRemovingtheHydraulic
ReelMotor(page9–17).
7.Ifthehydraulicttingsaretoberemovedfromthemotor,markthetting
orientationforassemblypurposes.Removethettingsfromthemotorand
discardtheO-ringsfromthettings.
