Display the upper screen without saving the settings.
[PAUSE]
In the case of the setting selection screen, the setting is saved
and the next screen is displayed.
[RESTART]
Move the cursor up. If it is at the top, it moves to the bottom.

Move the cursor down. If it is at the bottom, move to the top.
