Procedure 3 Format Check
The computer’s HDD is formatted using the MS-DOS FORMAT program. To format the HDD,
follow the steps below.
Check 1 Format the HDD and transfer system files using FORMAT C:/S/U. If the following
message appears on the display, the HDD is formatted.
Format complete
If an error message appears on the display, go to Procedure 4.
