Installing the Palm Rest
To install the palm rest, follow the steps below and refer to Figures 4-25 and 4-26.
1. Insert four tabs of the palm rest into the slits on the top cover to seat the palm rest.
Secure the palm rest with two latches.
2. Secure the palm rest with two M2.5×5 black flat-head screws
3. Connect the pad cable to PJ2003 on the system board.
4. Close the display panel and turn the computer upside down.
5. Secure seven M2.5×12 black screws.
