3. Loosen the mounting bolts (3) and adjust the height.
Curve belt conveyors are almost always delivered in one piece. Curve
belt conveyors delivered in several parts require installation work by
TRANSNORM SYSTEM GmbH.Do not install these machines yourself.
? Is the conveyor optimally adjusted?
The standard curve belt conveyor is delivered with a drawn-in endless
conveyor belt. The conveyor is delivered with an optimum set-up.
However, if the tension of the belt has to be readjusted, please
proceed as described in "Maintenance."
The supports have been installed.
Installing the frame
Carry out the following work steps:
1. Pre-position the individual sections on the conveyor bed as shown by the
decals.
2. Remove the deflection and insert the belt loop (see section "Mainte-
nance," "Replacing the belt").
