Preparing for belt
alignment
Carry out the following work steps:
1. Loosen the joining elements (1) of the flange bearings.
2. Loosen the joining elements (2) of the tensioning bolts.
3. Position the joining elements of the flange bearings centrally in the slot of
the bearing plate. To do so, adjust the tensioning bolts (3).
Belt alignment has been prepared.
Tightening /
adjusting the belt
Risk of injury due to exposed machine parts!
Parts of the body, hair and clothing can become caught and crushed in
rotating machine parts.
Wear close-fitting protective clothing.
Use a hairnet to cover long hair.
Carry out the following work steps:
1. Loosen the tensioning bolts (1) for the snub roller (2).
