Operating instructions: Belt conveyor TS 1208

 Installing the drive-
and deflection drum
Carry out the following work steps:
1. Insert the drums (1), (2) into the belt loop and place in the conveyor bed.
2. Slide the flange bearings (3) onto the drive- or deflection drum.
3. Tighten the grub screws of the flange bearings (2).
4. Loosely fit the joining elements of the flange bearings (1).
 The drive- and deflection drum have been installed.
 Installing the gear
motor
Carry out the following work steps:
 Carry out the work steps described in "Installing the gear motor". Only
required with drive drum.
 The gear motor has been installed.
 Tightening /
adjusting the belt
Carry out the following work steps:
 Carry out the work steps described in "Tightening / adjusting the belt"
 The belt has been tensioned and adjusted.
 Fitting the covers
Carry out the following work steps:
 Fitting is carried out in reverse order.
 The covers have been fitted.

The drive- or deflection drum (conveyor bed) has been replaced
