2. Lower the drive drum with the hoists and pull it out of the belt loop.
The drive drum has been removed.
Installing the drive
drum
Carry out the following work steps:
1. Insert the drive drum in the belt loop and position in the drive station.
2. Push the flange bearings onto the drive drum.
3. Tighten the grub screws of the flange bearings.
4. Fit the joining elements of the flange bearings.
The drive drum has been installed.
Installing the gear
motor
Carry out the following work steps:
Carry out the work steps described in "Installing the gear motor".
The gear motor has been installed.
Tensioning the belt
Carry out the following work steps:
Carry out the work steps described in "Tensioning the belt".
The belt has been tensioned.
Fitting the covers
Carry out the following work steps:
Fitting is carried out in reverse order.
The covers have been fitted.
The central drive drum has been replaced
