NEW CALIBRATION
To perform a special calibration, press 〈3〉. Input the calibration
number and the number of readings to be averaged.
The core value is the density obtained using an alternative method
of measurement. If the core has not yet been removed, position the
gauge over the alternative test site as shown in Figure 5–1. If the
core has been removed, position the gauge around the alternative
test site as shown in Figure 5–2. Take the readings and enter the
core value.
To enable the calibration, press 〈START/ENTER〉. Disable the
calibration by pressing 〈2〉.
A special calibration may be erased by performing a new calibration
and using the number of the existing calibration.
