5. SHIFT FUNCTIONS
The 4640-B Thin Layer Density Gauge is equipped with a four-
function calculator. The function keys are located on the two left
rows of the keypad. When the calculator function is active, these
keys are enabled.
Press 〈SHIFT〉 and 〈CALC.〉.
To perform the calculator functions, use the 〈+〉, 〈–〉, 〈×〉, and 〈÷〉
keys located in the lower left corner of the keypad. The 〈=〉 key is
located on the 〈START/ENTER〉 key.
An example of a calculator entry display is as follows.
- CALCULATOR -
4.125
+ 3.273
= 7.39800000
Results may be stored in memory by pressing 〈MS〉.
Results may be retrieved from memory by pressing 〈MR〉.
Exit the calculator mode by pressing 〈EXIT〉 (located on the 〈YES〉
key).
