Water Connection
1. A cold water supply should
be connected to the water
inlet located on the rear right
hand side of the unit..
- Max Inlet Pressure 80psi.
2. Turn ‘On’ the water supply to check for water leaks.
NOTE: The Prover / Holding Cabinet can be fitted with
an optional Water Filter Kit (Part No. 234347).
For fitting instructions refer to the Instruction
Sheet supplied with the Water Filter Kit.
Positioning of Proofer / Holding Cabinet
Correctly locate the proofer / holding cabinet into its final
operating position and lock the front castors to retain the
proofer / holding cabinet in it’s location.
