During the call
Switch to speakerphone
Requirement: You are conducting a call via the handset.
: \ Press and hold the key, hang up the handset, and then release the key and con-
tinue the call.
US mode
If the country setting is set to US (ask relevant Administrator), you do not need
to press the loudspeaker key when you hang up the phone.
: Press key.
] Replace the handset. Proceed with your call.
Switching to the handset
Requirement: You are conducting a call in speakerphone mode.
^ and [ Lift the handset. Proceed with your call. The hands-free microphone is switched
off.
Open listening in the room during a call
You can allow other people in the room to listen in on the call. Let the other party
know that you have turned on the loudspeaker.
Requirement: You are conducting a call via the handset.
Activating
: Press key. LED lights up. The hands-free microphone remains off.
Deactivating
É Press key. LED goes out.
